never talks when answered

I have received 5 phone calls today the 20th of april 09 they left a very nasty and praverted message on my phone..

They call asking for someone I don't know. I have told them several times but keep calling :S

This number has been blowing up my phone for the past week. I have never had an account with Chase or done ANY business with Chase [and I certainly won't now either!]. They called my phone today [and a Sunday at that!] 19 times! I tried calling back and it says the call cannot be completed at this time. They also never leave any voicemails....

Caller called my work and my cell saying he has my ssn and that he was calling about a debt .. I could barely understand him.. he couldnt speak english.

this number continues to call three to five times a day and they won't leave a message.

"Global Marketing" wants to send a gas card (gift card?) based on credit card usage ... what the heck is this?! They have heavy accents, kind of hard to understand, and are reading a script. You can hear that they are in a giant call center somewhere. They tell you the name, phone number and address they have on file TWICE, then transfer you to a supervisor, who then says the call is being recorded and wants you to tell THEM the information. I told them to lose my number and not call back, the 'supervisor' said to expect a call from time to time. They have called my work number no less than six times today, and hang up when they get voice mail. When I dialed the number back to see who it was, the recording said "if you are not interested and want your number removed, press 1" - I pressed 1 and it said "thank you" and hung up. Didn't work, though, because they called 3 more times after that.

KEEPS CALLING MY CELL PHONE BUT LEAVES NO MESSAGE!
